Paid experience I have worked and currently am a registered behavior technician in ABA so I worked with kids in the spectrum ages 1-8 . Very challenging job but I grew , learned and apply now ABA strategies with alot of kids for development growth , I also realized how much more I wanted to keep working with kids , it was like a confirmation for me . Working with kids who have autism requires patience , sympathy, and creativity ! I work with them and lead educational games to allow them to grow and develop in language and social skills.
