About Brenda

Hi, my name is Brenda and I've been working with kids since I was 16, when I started as a teacher assistant with children ages 1 to 5. By my third year, I also became a nanny for a sweet 3-year-old boy. We had so much fun doing homework together, going to the park, and doing creative activities. Later, I became a mom my son is now 7 and while studying Marketing in college, I continued working in caregiving roles. I've worked in a senior living facility and currently work as an activity assistant at Memorial Care. I also have experience caring for children with Down syndrome and hyperactivity, including a family member and my two younger siblings. These experiences helped shape my patience and my passion for caregiving. Even though my studies are in a different field, I truly love working with children of all ages and with seniors. I enjoy teaching, playing, and simply spending meaningful time together.
