I currently work for an organization caring for special needs teens and adults. I have to say it's the most wonderful job I have had. I look after four grown ladies four nights a week. They are partially independent, but I assist them sometimes with hygiene, getting dressed, making lunches and/or dinner. Then transport them to work. They also have different activities that they do daily like going to the mall, walking around the YMCA, going out to eat, etc.
