About Bralyn

I have experience working as a long-term substitute teacher in a mild disability classroom, supporting students with diverse learning needs. In this role, I implemented individualized education plans (IEPs), adapted lessons to meet student abilities, and provided small group and one-on-one instruction. I managed classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies and created a structured, supportive environment to promote student success. I also collaborated with general education teachers, intervention specialists, and support staff to ensure consistency in instruction and student progress.
