My current job, which I have had for nearly two years, has been taking care of young children with Autism, but I've also had some experience with children with Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and PDD-NOS/Isodicentric chromosome 15. I love uncovering the child who has been hidden behind their disabilities, loving them, and helping them to learn how to function in society. I have a great interest in speech pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, and like to observe and read about these therapies. I have also had some minimal training in ABA therapy.
