I was a at home care giver for a patient of 7 years who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and dementia. Caring for her taught me so much and made me see it was so much more then a job. She was my buddy , my pal, my toots. It breaks my heart to say that my time has come to adventure else were, but with this comes great knowledge from being able to be by her side for so many years and threw so much. I dont just do my job I care. I also have experience with Parkinson's.

Bobbie was my husband's caregiver for over 7 years caring for him 5 days a week while I worked full time. (He suffered from Parkinson's disease and had vocal cord paralysis--meaning he was non-verbal.) You will not find a more compassionate, trustworthy and capable caregiver than her. Her upbeat attitude could always put a smile on my husband's face. She is skilled in tracheotomy suctioning, can straight cath, and can attend to all personal hygiene care including showering, feeding, changing and clean up. Bobbie would still be our caregiver had my husband not passed away late last year. In addition to his care, she did light housework and became one of our dog's favorite companions. You would be extremely fortunate to have her as a long-term, full-time caregiver.
