About Blayde

Hello! I am a college student who is almost finished with an AA in Education and working towards being a music teacher. I am just beginning my career and would love to be a part of your children's lives! My favorite words to describe myself are chill and peppy. Besides music I have enjoyed several hobbies including woodworking, baking/cooking, Legos, fashion designing, Jeeps, creative writing and any sort of DIY project. I hope to spend my life teaching and caring for children! Some of my most joyous memories are helping kindergarteners read. My top three childcare skills are: staying calm when the environment gets crazy, thinking of games or activities on the spot, and planning hands on things to do. While working at a daycare I acquired the nickname "Mr. Blayde," and then I borrowed the spelled "mister" from Mister Roger's. So usually kids call me "Mister Blayde," but I'm also good with just Blayde! P. S. I like to come with a bag of crafts and fun things to do!
