About Lauren

I'm a career nanny with 10 years of experience supporting families with children from infancy through elementary age. I began working in a daycare with toddlers before transitioning into private family care, where I found my true passion. I've had the privilege of working long-term with several wonderful families, including one for five years starting when their children were just 5 months and 3 years old. I'm a very hands-on nanny who enjoys supporting the entire household; helping with children's laundry, organizing, meal prep, packing for travel, and keeping daily routines running smoothly. Most recently I worked as a household manager for a busy family with four children, coordinating household tasks and traveling with the family. I love creating meaningful, screen-free experiences for kids through nature, art, music, baking, and imaginative play. I'm warm, dependable, and truly value building supportive partnerships with the families I work with.
