As a Certified Nursing Assistant of 10 years of experience I have provided compassionate care in different settings and worked with people of all backgrounds. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I prioritize understanding individual preferences and personal history. I communicate regularly with families via text or phone, always following their preferred method. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid.
