I'm worked as a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) for over 25 years. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in assisting numerous private families in different cities under various contracts to establish feeding and sleeping schedules for their newborns. I'm provided care for singletons, preemies, and multiples and has also guided mothers with breastfeeding and implementing a sleeping routine schedule for newborns within eight to 12 weeks. She has the expertise to train babies to sleep through the night without allowing them to cry during the process. By the end of 12 weeks, the baby would usually sleep between 10 to 11 hours at night.
