Blair has been such a wonderful Nanny for us while I've been working from home. She makes taking care of three toddlers at the same time look easy. She is very patient and kind with our kids. She's very engaged with them the whole time playing and teaching while somehow keeping the house clean. She has great instincts and is intuitive when dealing with toddler drama and conflict. She's open to input and follows our instructions and wishes. We are happy to recommend her for any childcare need.
