Hi! I'm an experienced tutor with an MA in English and Creative Writing and bachelor's degrees in Music Performance and Music Education. I've worked with high school and college students and adult learners in academic and creative writing, English language skills, conversational English, and music. I have extensive experience with international students and English language learners, helping with grammar, clarity, organization, and natural English phrasing while preserving each writer's ideas and voice. I can help with essays, research papers, creative projects, proofreading and editing, or building confidence as a writer and English speaker. As a trained flutist and music educator, I also offer flute instruction and help with foundational music skills and theory. My approach is patient, encouraging, and personalized. I believe tutoring should help you understand why something works and build skills and confidence you can continue using on your own.
