About Bilge

Hi families! I'm a positive, active, and caring person who truly enjoys spending time with children. I believe in their pure hearts and joyful spirits, and I love connecting with them like a big sister. Although my journey in childcare started long before 2022, that year I moved to Maryland, US as an au pair and cared full-time for three wonderful children. When I arrived, they were 3yo and 12mo. 3 months later, a newborn joined the family. I stayed with them until they were 5, 3, and 21mo. After that, I worked full-time with another family, caring for 4yo twins and their 10yo sister. I've also gained experience through many part-time and occasional jobs with children of all ages. I recently relocated to Virginia and I'm excited to find a new family to support. I bring not only experience, but warmth, reliability, and lots of energy.
