Our family had the pleasure of having Bianca watch our two youngest girls. She arrived early, offered to help with a need before being asked AND got the girls to tidy up their play space. She also tidied up a common area. Best of all, our daughters ASKED for her to please come back (one of them even invited her to her birthday party - months away)! We will definitely invite Bianca back again and again.
