About Bianca

Hi my name is Bianca! I over 9 years of experience in childcare as a private caregiver and teaching assistant in a few reputable daycare facilities and preschools working with children ranging from newborn to school aged children of 13 years old. I worked as a teaching assistant at a private preschool in Valhalla called Easterseals Project Explore for 4yrs where I have specialized in working with children with learning disabilities ranging from physical, behavioral and basic fundamentals. As of thee last year I was given thee opportunity to enter a public school setting and now am at Bronxville Public School, where I am an Aide to children with Special Needs. My goal is to continue to further my career with the Special Needs community, I truly love what I do. I am very reliable, hard working and full of patience. I am known for my energetic and positive energy to keep children engaged while always reinforcing appropriate behavior!
