We feel so lucky to have found Bianca when we did! She cared for our son from about 18 months old until he started daycare at 2 years old, and he warmed up to her almost immediately (which says a lot, since he's usually a little slow to open up to new people). She is incredibly kind, patient and sweet. Bianca was always respectful of our family's routines, preferences, and schedule, while also being confident and capable of taking initiative and pivoting when things didn't go according to plan. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our son was in such caring and capable hands so we could work or take care of whatever we needed to. We were fortunate to have her around during a transitional moment for our family and we couldn't recommend her more highly.
