About Betsy

Unlocking a student's unique potential is the heart of my teaching practice. With five years of experience, I specialize in helping elementary students build confidence and a genuine love for learning across Math, English, Science, Art, and History. I create an engaging, patient environment where I adapt my methods-from visual aids to hands-on activities-based on how each child best processes new information. By celebrating small successes and encouraging curiosity, I turn challenging concepts into rewarding "aha!" moments. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with parents to ensure we are a collaborative team in your child's academic journey. I am happy to travel to your home to provide this personalized support. **Summary:** I am a patient, adaptable tutor dedicated to fostering confidence and academic growth in elementary students through personalized, supportive instruction. I truly look forward to helping your child discover how much they are capable of achieving.
