Beth has been our full-time nanny for the past year, caring for our daughter from 8 months through toddlerhood. We interviewed and tried out several nannies before finding Beth, and we felt an immediate comfort and a natural chemistry with her, and our daughter did too. We trust Beth completely. We knew our daughter was always in safe hands, and Beth was proactive about communication, whether it was a skinned knee, a possible illness, or something that felt off at the park. She gave us a full report of the day, checked in throughout, and sent cute photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were at work. What stands out most is the joy Beth brought into our daughter's life. She is musical, artistic, kind, and genuinely warm, and we believe our daughter's early love of books, music, and art is in no small part because of Beth's influence. They laugh together constantly. Beth would play silly games and stomp through puddles with her in the rain, as well as make lunch, handle nap time, and fold laundry while our daughter slept. She was flexible and accommodating to our shifting work schedule. Beth was a wonderful aunty and a warm presence in our house, and we hope she will always be a part of our daughter's life. We are only moving on because our daughter is starting preschool, and we could not give Beth a warmer recommendation.
