My wife and I took a chance inviting someone into our home. We communicated the need for stability, punctuality and commitment. We did not receive this. We communicated how a previous person "quit" with no notice and how much of a bind that placed us in- it was agreed that it was unprofessional and yet we received the same treatment. A resignation with no notice. It is clear that being a nanny/ providing child care was not a career to this individual as it was sold to us.
