I currently nanny a soon to be 1-year-old 3 days a week. I receive my schedule 1-2 months in advance. I am also a mother to two boys who are 17 and 12. She has kept my now 12 month old since he was 7 months old, and she has been the perfect fit. It says a lot when your kid gets so excited to see her when she arrives in the mornings. Communication is excellent, I rarely ever have to ask about his day. She logs everything into our app, sends pictures and videos and is so active with our boy. As a first time mom and nurse, it was so easy to leave my son in her care without worry.
