She called in every other week. She over time stopped caring about the job and let the kids do whatever. A baby and 7yr. we would find her sitting in the same spot on the couch as we had left her 8hrs prior. Upon her dismissal she was harsh to us and then blocked us on social media. Extremely immature! Do not hire unless you want someone who sits most of the day.
