About Sierra

Hello! I am currently going to school for physical therapy, and have been working with children for the past three years while also having experience with my little siblings for 20 years. I am very fun, easy going, positive and like to help children learn skills like playing games, communicating effectively, and helping them with their self esteem! I am also a direct support professional for children and teens with disabilities. I'd describe my personality as fun, bubbly, and caring I like working with kids because they are exciting and each time is a new adventure, I like being able to help them in times of need. I'm looking for a job that is reliable, understanding and have a good relationship with the parents of the children. I started working with kids when when I was 18 One thing you should know about me is I'm very thoughtful and empathetic, I love to continuously learn each and every day.
