Bert is kind, patient, loving, and dependable. She was the first non-family caregiver our pandemic baby had, and Bert was so good with our daughter as she went through lots of transitions in a short time - first nanny, giving up bottles, weaning from breastfeeding, and transitioning to more solids. Her experience and calm nature helped me with those transitions too. Bert nannied full time for us for about 2 months before we moved out of state. I wish she were still with our family!
