I'm experienced with NG-Tubes, G-Tubes, Trachs, catheters, pic-lines, nephrology port/tubes and more. I have worked with Dimentia, Alzheimer's, Stroke/Cardiac & Autistic Patients. I can meal prep, run errands, bath/bathroom, Mobility Assistance, light house keeping, Manage medications, Companionship exc... In some cases I keep records such as vitals, food intake, how many times I change a patient. Records are tailored per patients needs.
