About Cerena

Cerena was very compassionate, attentive, and patient with my mother. Demonstrating to be knowledgeable in Alzheimer's, Dementia, and overall geriatric care by communicating effectively with hospice associates and providing the necessary level of care for my mother as her condition progressed. Furthermore, she demonstrated her expertise and passion to serve the elderly community as well as their families during challenging times, becoming not only an advocate but an advisor and confidant. Cerena was a steadfast advocate for my mother, who was nonverbal. She effectively conveyed vital information on my father's behalf to hospice or hospital personnel when necessary. Lastly, seeing our loved one's struggles up-close and personal can be difficult for us both mentally and emotionally. Cerena is a special individual who is there to help care for our loved one(s) as if they were her family and commendably take on some of this responsibility, ensuring the comfort and safety of our loved one.
