About Ben
Experience: 5 yrs
I have over 5 years experience as a paid tutor for grades pre-k to graduate school. My strengths include math, science and computer programming the latter of which I know and can teach over 12 languages. While those are my strengths I can also tutor a wide variety of other subjects. I went to PSU main campus and graduated in 2011. I worked in California for 8 years following that and am now back in Pennsylvania tutoring on the side. I am happy to work with any client so we can do tutoring remote if desired due to current Covid 19 concerns. I can provide professional tools and materials as well as progress summaries for each session. My goal is for each student to feel improved with each session and for them to also feel confident as they master new concepts and skills.

So lucky to have found Ben! He is a godsend. We first hired Ben last minute to help my oldest child study for an AP Calc test. Since then, he has helped all of our children in a variety of their courses. He has worked most closely with our son who has ASD. Ben is so kind, personable, and has a way to make learning fun and approachable. He is easy to reach and is very dependable. We can't speak more highly of Ben.
