I am a teacher with wide ranging experience in my short 4 year career. I spent my first year teaching biology and seventh grade life science in a middle school, while my second and third years of teaching were spent teaching self contained (special education) science to 6th, 7th and 8th graders and most recently I have accepted a position in a high school teaching biology to 10th graders. Along with my time spent teaching middle school special education science, I also taught a corrective reading course and am completing coursework in literacy for my graduate degree which I finish in August.
