About Benjamin

I'd describe my personality as patient, curious, hopeful. I like tutoring because working effectively with students and families is the whole point and intention of my occupation and time. Tutoring allows more direct results with that intention. I'm looking to tutor in my time frame available and serve students well. I teach 3rd grade currently. I started tutoring when I was in college. The students finished their year strong and saw exponential growth. In my spare time, I like to work with horses and spend quality time watching movies with my fiancée. I love teaching and serving students to the best of my ability. I work hard and do my best to approach the needs of each student. All are unique and wonderfully special in the way they see life. My skills include story telling with the focus of each learning objective. I love math and I am growing in my teaching of reading as I have recorded my science of reading certification through the CDE.
