She is not reliable. After working for us three days last week, we paid her as agreed\. She had confirmed that she would be returning the following Monday, but she did not show up and never contacted us to let us know that she would not be coming\. I also reached out to her afterward and did not receive a response\. I think it’s important to communicate if circumstances change, especially when caring for someone’s child, so the lack of communication was disappointing\. Based on my experience, I would not hire her again, mainly because of the reliability and communication issue
