About Belinda

I'm a new graduate nurse, CPR-certified, with a passion for children! During nursing school, I gained extensive knowledge and experience caring for infants, children, and families. Outside of nursing, I worked at a summer day camp for 3 months in 2018, supervising children ages 7-8. I've also babysat several family members, including my own siblings, since I was 10 years old! I am seeking opportunities to gain more experience with children as I apply for nursing positions. I am warm, responsible, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. Beyond my experience, I am initially from Delaware, and graduated from the University of Delaware in 2022, before perusing my nursing degree. I am a bit of a history nerd and I'd describe my personality as warm, respectful, and compassionate. I also enjoy traveling, trying new foods, learning about different cultures, and quality time with my family and friends.
