With over 21 years of experience in early childhood development, I am dedicated to not only caring for children but also nurturing their growth in every aspect. I have extensive experience in Play based learning, conscious discipline, and Anti Bias and inclusive learning. As a certified children's yoga, meditation, and social-emotional learning coach, as well as a kid Zumba instructor, I bring a holistic approach to childcare. I specialize in trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness, offering tools that help children as young as 2 years old build resilience, emotional intelligence, and physical health. I also teach meditative art to children. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and physical well-being begins at a young age.
