About Becky

I worked as an LPN for 12 years at the largest hospital in Vermont. I worked in the Resource Department, which allowed me to work on every unit within the hospital. Working on the different units allowed me to learn a wide variety of skills. I spent countless hours working with elderly patients. I feel comfortable with a wide range of seniors, as I have worked one on one, with dementia, sun downing and Alzheimer's. I also helped with feeding, bathroom breaks and hygiene. I also cared for my Aunt who was diagnosed with end stage cancer, distributing her medicine and helping with my Uncle, who has Parkinson's and dementia. Often spending the night to help with night time needs. I enjoy walks, playing cards and listening to stories from long ago. I have learned so much from the older generation. I am also able to communicate well with the individual and the family members, also providing care.
