About Beatrice

Hello! My name is Bea. Currently I am accepting evening or weekend tutoring/childcare positions as I work during the week. Instilling a love for learning through patience and fun is what I'm passionate about. I earned my bachelor's degree in biology from Hamilton College where I was a teaching assistant for three out of four years. Last summer, I worked at a STEM Summer Camp in Ithaca, NY where I learned all sorts of fun science activities (from playing with dry ice bubbles to creating your own space rover). I am comfortable with a variety of subjects including science, math, English, and French. In addition, I scored in the 99th percentile in the SAT, so I am able to tutor for test prep as well. Tutoring at your home, the library, or a coffee shop all work for me! Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR Certified by the American Red Cross
