Beatrice took the position and said she would be there the day my husband came home from rehab. She texted me early in the morning saying she could not make it, and would not be available for the other 3 days she committed to that week. I decided to give her another chance. She texted me 10 minutes before she was supposed to be at my house asking if I still needed her and what the pay was. She has her fee as $20 an hour on her profile. Apparently that is only for a companion. I explained that if that was the case it should have been discussed prior to 10 minutes before arrival! I told her I would make due without her.  She said I misunderstood and could she stop by so she could meet us. I gave her ANOTHER CHANCE. She once again called me the next day to tell me she was just too busy to take another case.....after committing 2 weeks prior. Wanted to know if she could send her friend. DO NOT bother, she is too busy to take your case and won't tell you until she's supposed to be there. Unbelievably unprofessional!!! 

Bea was able to step right in and help with the care of my mother who has Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). She is very safety minded and compassionate. Having her as a trusted caregiver has improved the quality of life for both my mother and father. He is able to leave the house and enjoy some semblance of his normal life knowing that mom is in great trusted hands. I recently asked my dad how things are going with Beatrice and his response was that she is "more than perfect".  She is becoming a part of our family and hope that she continues to be.

Bea was punctual, polite, and compassionate. She took care of my mom twice so I could get out for a doctor’s appointment and a concert. She is knowledgeable in dementia care and has a great attitude. I would hire her again if she is available in the future. 

Bea visits my brother, who is bipolar, once a week and treats him like family not a client.  She provides nursing services -  monitoring his meds and taking his weight and BP and assessing his overall health and mental state. Where she really goes beyond any homecare service is her ability to nudge him to keep his place organized and lose weight. His place is always a mess and she helps him reset back to pretty organized and clean each week. NOTE she is not a housekeeper - we have a service for that but she is willing to do organizing and light cleaning because she knows that it really helps his mental state. In between visits she will also text him he seemed stressed last visit. She is truly one of kind.

Beatrice helps my adult son, who has diagnoses of bipolar and anxiety, by stopping in each week. She has developed trust with him so he allows her to weigh him., and check his  blood pressure and  his medicines. She helps him make a grocery list, organize his apartment, and cooks with him. If she finds him upset, she checks with him later. This help allows him to live independently.  After her visits she texts me (his mother)  the results. I highly recommend Beatrice as a caring, responsible caregiver. 

She cared for my mom after her stroke. B bathed her in bed and helped me shower her. Did all transfers onto chair, bed, toilet etc. gave her meals and took care of her feeding tube. She is a very reliable caregiver even in bad weather. 

Beatrice has been an absolute blessing with caring for our Father. She is compassionate and caring with all that she does for him. Very experienced with the elderly in all areas like Dementia, Diabetes, diet, transferring, keeping him engaged, and just overall provides outstanding care. Our family is lucky to have her as she's very trustworthy. 

She is a very caring, wonderful,very well loved caregiver.

I hired Bea for a 3 week position when I was out of town for training, in PA. We texted and spoke on the phone prior to my trip. On the day she was scheduled to start, she texted me at 6 am saying she couldn't do the job. I was left without a caregiver an hour before she was supposed to be there, in a city 2 hours from home. I understand that plans change, but I felt that she should have at least worked a few days until I found someone else. She said she would be there the next day so we could discuss it, but she never showed and then stopped responding to my texts.

Experienced and hard working. Always pleasant and attentive goes above and beyond requirements. I don't know what I would do without her! Very highly recommend

Beatrice has provided outstanding care for my mother who had a stroke last year and suffers from dementia.  She is always punctual and has tremendous experience caring for disabled and elderly clients.  I highly recommend Beatrice's services.
