Bailey was such an amazing add to the family. she knows how to handle the kids of any age. Her instincts are strong when it comes to dealing with kids and she partners up with the parents in their upbringing and daily learning. The kids just love being around her!!! She is very responsible, accountable and a great teacher to the kids. She entertains them and keeps them engaged and knows how to handle the tantrums and the meltdowns. I would rehire her in a heartbeat!!! She gels with the family so well that after a point you don't have to prep up for the day , she does everything by herself!!!! She's amazing and a rock star!!!!
