My childcare philosophy is babies are little humans and I treat them with kindness and respect, the way all humans should be treated. I have a very "gentle nanny" approach to my nannying not to be confused with "passive nanny", with a great understanding that children (and adults) have big feelings and sometimes just need help guiding and understanding those feelings, and that is what I am here for. I am very hands on, love making activity's/play dates for children and I have slept coached multiple babies. While I do have a gentle approach I stand firm on Safety First. I believe children should defiantly have the room to grow and explore with the guidance and reminders of how to do so safely.
