In my spare time, I like to go for walks with my dogs, binge watching YouTube videos and spending quality time with family and friends. My skills include experience working with dementia and Alzheimer's patients, medication management, cooking, transportation and social involvement.

I was a visitor to Barry's client and would time and again witness first hand his good judgement as to when and how to communicate with both his client and me, navigating that line between personal and professional like the astute pro he is. He knew when to verbally spar with my friend for her amusement and her dignity, affirming her agency when her judgement was sound and deftly shaping the exchange when a different conclusion than hers was wisest. I regularly saw him bring in supplies and treats and was flexible in schedule with little notice when a change in his contact hours was requested. I know he earned a place in the family and was respected and appreciated by all. Someone in need would be lucky to have him in their corner.
