I highly recommend Ken (Kenneth) R. as a personal caregiver. I found Ken on Care.com while searching for a care giver for my husband, Arnold who has Parkinson’s plus dementia. When Ken began, Arnold was bedridden. Hospice was already helping, but that was not enough. Not only is he strong enough to assist Arnold in and out of bed, but he also helps get Arnold in and out of the car with the aid of a wheelchair, helps with meals, house cleaning and incidentals when needed. I can see Ken caring for women as well as men. He is soft-spoken, respectful and creative. He is married and cares for his mother who lives close to him. If I required a caregiver, I would be comfortable with him. Our 11-year-old English Golden Retriever loves him.
