About Barbara

I am a licensed in home daycare in Castro Valley. Watching little ones learn, discover, and grow in confidence reminds me every day why this work matters so much to me. With a degree in ASL and experience working with neurodivergent children, I am especially passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child can communicate, connect, and thrive at their own pace. I wanted to build a place where children are cared for like family, learn through play, and grow in a way that honors their unique needs while parents feel confident knowing their child is in a warm, reliable environment. My motivation comes from making a positive difference in a child's early years. I enjoy helping children develop independence, kindness, and a love for learning while giving them the patience and attention they need to thrive. Being part of their growth is incredibly rewarding, and I take pride in helping them feel safe, encouraged, and ready for each new day.
