About Damonisha

I am a positive, reliable, and patient childcare provider with over 20 years of experience working with children and families. I currently work as an Instructional Aide and will begin my sixth school year this August. I also have nearly five years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with special needs. My passion for working with children began through babysitting and has grown into a lifelong commitment to helping children learn, grow, and feel confident. I love creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can have fun, explore their interests, and be themselves. I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and build confidence in a safe, nurturing environment. Parents can count on me to provide dependable, attentive care and peace of mind while they are away. During the school year, I am available most evenings and weekends and look forward to supporting your family's childcare needs.
