Hi, I'm Barbara! I'm a loving grandmother of eight and mother of three grown daughters, with over 10 years of childcare experience. I've cared for children of all ages, specializing in newborns, and have 6 years of experience working with children with autism.
I'm CPR & First Aid certified, patient, outgoing, a non-smoker, and good with pets. I'm available for date nights, overnights, weekends, and flexible on-call care. References are available upon request.

Barbara is wonderful, and does a great job taking care of my two kids, one of whom is special needs. They both love her, and she has years of experience. I highly recommend her as a babysitter. 

Ms Barbara is a wonderful sitter/nanny. She has assisted me with my 10 year old son for the past eight years with transportation pick ups, drops offs. Sitting and even overnight stays. She has a sweet, gentle and warming personality. We enjoy her everytime she assists our family.

Barbarann is so reliable and she takes time to get to know each child well. She always checks in later if one got a scrape or had trouble falling asleep. 

Barbara and I spoke when I desperately needed last minute childcare when traveling. She was quick to respond to me, very calming when we spoke, and quickly had recommendations ready (who spoke glowingly of her). The timing didn’t work out for us, but I will definitely consider her the next time I need childcare. 

Barbarann is a very caring person who adores kids. She has a lot of experience taking care of kids of different ages and knows how to balance affection and firmness to guide and grow little minds. Barbarann genuinely cares about kids and it comes through in her care. 

We interviewed Barbarann for the position and she was sweet, on time and was great to talk with because of her years of experience! We ended up going with a different person for the position but would still trust Barabarann to watch my 16 month old son for date nights and other occasions!

Barbara looked like a great applicant. She was prompt in getting back to and setting up an interview. However, when our appointment time came, she didn't show up. Only after messaging her did she tell me she couldn't make it and apologized. I'm sure she would be a great asset to another family, but she was not a good match for ours.

She is a great nanny to our two young kids. We have been very happy with her. I would highly recommend her.

We hired Barbarann and she had been wonderful to our family.  My son absolutely loves her which was my concern initially but wasn't a concern after her very first night. She is an amazing! 

Barbara watched my son from when he was a couple months old to the beginning of his toddler stages! She has always worked with my schedule and allowed excellent care for my son. Not only did she watch him she also bonded with him. From a child who used to scream for me to a relaxed happy baby who was capable of playing with the other children she was watching at the time. I have always felt safe with her around my son even with transportation, feeding, changing, park trips etc. she is very patient, respectful, and caring and I still wish she lived in my area to babysit! Love this woman truly the best caretaker I have ever had. 

Barbara is awesome!! I am a single mother in the military, and she care for my son for 2 years when I needed a break or had to go in for work. She has become more than a babysitter. I say she is a friend and even like a second mother. I wish I could fly her to Japan now to live with me and care for my son. You will not be disappointed. 

I am active duty Army and husband Navy, so there were many times we required a sitter due to my husband and I demanding job. But Barbarann  made it so much easier for our family. She's very punctual and has a natural love for children. We felt comfortable and confident our kids were in safe hands. She always reassured us with pictures and/or messages. The kids enjoyed Barbarann so much that they never wanted to leave. She even accommodated last minute sitting request. It was a pleasure having Barbarann as my kids sitter and I highly recommend her.

Barbara was a fantastic support. I was a newly single military mom and my schedule was erratic. She was always extremely accommodating day or night, she treated my son like he was family, and he loved his time with her. 

Barbara was an amazing care provider!! I wish I could have packed her in my suitcase and taken her with me when we moved... EXTREMELY reasonable, loving, caring and attentive!
