Before moving to St. Pete Florida, I was a volunteer for Hospice of Santa Barbara California for 4 years. My job was mostly respite, but was available to run errands, & help with odd jobs, cooking & anything that was needed. My husband & I relocated to take care of my mother who passed a year ago. We have 2 grown kids, 1 who lives in St Pete, the other Denver Colorado. I've always volunteered mostly with kids, & after helping my mom, decided the elderly would be my next generation to assist. They are so appreciative & usually very kind! My passion is keeping healthy with exercise, nutrition & my 2 mini Australian shepherds! Probably should have mentioned my husband first!!! We love our new home here in St. Pete, but now need to find something to occupy my time.
