I am also experienced in enforcing household rules in a consistent and age-appropriate manner. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest dialogue. I follow the preferred communication method of each family to ensure that they are fully informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I hold some college education and have completed essential certifications such as CPR training and First Aid.
