Hello, my name is Barbara. I was the oldest in a large family (11 children). I have raised 3 children and I was a caregiver to my grandson. I have cared for children since my early teens, both paid and unpaid. I am retired from two careers: Elementary Education and Dental Hygiene. Since my retirement from the "official" work force, I have been nanny to children in 6 different families. Again, I find myself Iooking for a meaningful way to spend my time. Barbara is a kind and gentle caregiver who I trust implicitly with the care of my little one. She is extremely attentive to the needs of my child, is willing to adapt her care based on our needs and schedule, and was extremely flexible when my work schedule changed. I’d hear tons of laughter when they’d play and soft singing when my little one was upset. Barbara was quick to pick up the signs my little one would give to indicate she was hungry, tired, or just fussy. My child absolutely loves Barbara and I couldn’t recommend her more!
