Hello! I have a happy and energetic disposition. I have over 12 years experience in caring for geriatrics/elderly. Enjoy keeping the family member(s) physically active, smiling and laughing as often as possible. Able to assist with activities of daily living also happy to assist with meal preparation, exercising, transport to doctor appointments, administer medication and vitals, as needed. I have worked in hospitals, assisted living facilities and private homes. I am CPR certified. Hold certifications in Dementia and Alzheimer's care. Have experience using a Hoyer lift, Stand and Assist transport units. I have also provided care for individuals with type 1 & 2 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, dialysis and stoke. I am a retired License Practical Nurse will enjoy learning how I may assist you or a family member with their needs. Hours are flexible. Thank you, Barbara
