About Michelle

Making a positive difference in someone's life is what makes me happy! I've found fulfillment in supporting adults and seniors during my time working at a retirement home. I am also a certified medical assistant who has spent time working in the pediatric unit at UMASS. I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I am also comfortable with meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines and can de-escalate stressful situations. I provide verbal updates and follow the family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
