About Bailey

Hi, I'm Bailey! I'm 26 years old and have worked in early childhood education since 2020. I find joy in spending my days alongside children and in supporting playful learning. Children learn best in an environment where they feel loved, respected, and safe. Kind communication and consistent boundaries are important to me. Safety is everything. I'm the primary caregiver for my 18-month-old son and would need to include him in any role I accept. I have spent the past 14 months as his teacher at daycare and, in addition to my son, my co-teacher and I are responsible for 7 other children. My son is very familiar with me caring for other children and loves all kids! I would feel so lucky to give your children and mine the best care possible. I believe that the future of the world is in the children that we raise. I intend to help the children in my care become the confident, empathetic, and well-rounded individuals that the future needs. I'm excited to meet your family!
