I cannot say enough about Bailey. I am the childcare and preschool coordinator at a large church and Bailey has volunteered in our 0-5 year old classrooms, as well as worked our paid childcare for children ages 0-12. She is phenomenal with all age groups and easily adapts to their needs. She is patient and caring with behaviors, understanding the needs that arise with child development stages. She is consistent and eager to work. I never have to worry about her being present when she says she will whether she’s getting paid for childcare or simply volunteering at church. Bailey has been such a gift to me as someone I can count on. I’d recommend her over and over again!
