Hi! My name is Nat, and I have over 7 years of experience working with children of various ages. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have over a year of experience working with children with special needs. Through this role, I've developed strong skills in patience, communication, behavior support, and individualized care. I love working with kids because I enjoy building meaningful connections with them, encouraging their creativity, and helping them feel safe, supported, and confident. I'm passionate about creating a fun, positive, and caring environment where children can thrive. I'm dependable, attentive, and caring, and I always strive to make both children and parents feel comfortable and supported. I truly enjoy helping families however I can!
