Hello my name is Baileigh I am a caring and experienced caregiver with a strong personal and hands-on background supporting children with special needs. I was diagnosed with epilepsy and a seizure disorder at a young age I have grown out of, which gives me a deep understanding of seizure awareness, early warning signs, and the importance of calm, attentive response during episodes. I also have experience with diabetes care through my younger sister, including checking blood sugar and assisting with insulin support under guidance. In addition, I have worked with children with Down syndrome and autism, which has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to provide supportive, individualized care. I am passionate about creating a safe, understanding, and structured environment where children feel secure and cared for.
